Camp Bow Wow – A Year in Review

Dogs Interacting with Staff

Though we have big plans for 2019, we can’t help but look back at what we accomplished in 2018 and wag our tail with glee!

A Look Back at 2018

Improving the Health and Lives of Dogs

Most importantly, we continued to help dogs near and far through our Bow Wow Buddies Foundation. Since it began many years ago, we’ve raised over $415,000 for dogs in need!

We also hosted our second annual #GiveAFetch weekend in September. The goal of #GiveAFetch weekend was to raise awareness for all the things dogs need, aside from the basics like food and water. What truly makes them man’s best friend is their ability to connect with us. For that reason, we believe pet pooches should be treated like family! From birthday parties to special snacks, we received hundreds of pictures and stories of pet parents giving a fetch about their dog’s life and happiness.

The Grand Opening of Nearly a Dozen New Camps

Our Pack just kept growing this year, thanks to the addition of 20 new Camp Bow Wow locations, including Sugarland, Mt. Juliet, Hudsonville, Flower Mound, Longmont, and Hutto, just to name a few! By reaching our projected goal of 20 new locations, we were able to more than double our year-over-year growth.

“I decided to be part of this franchise because I knew it was a reliable company that kept pet parents and their furry loved ones safe, happy, and healthy…” – Tyler Keith, Owner of Camp Bow Wow Mt. Juliet

“There is a lot of development activity happening in Jamestown Township, especially in the Jamestown Commerce Center. We couldn’t imagine a better user than Camp Bow Wow for this site,” – Camp Bow Wow Hudsonville Advisor, Trent Wieringa

“We love that the brand is well-known and recognized as a high-quality and fun home away from home for fur family members. We are looking forward to continuing the promise of excellence in pet care.” – Roxanne Hill Owner of Camp Bow Wow Hutto

We think it’s safe to say that our newest franchise owners are just as excited as we are!

We Welcomed a New “Top Dog”

Camps Owners weren’t the only people to join our Pack last year, we also welcomed a new President— Cail Morrison! To say that Cail hit the ground running would be an understatement. Throughout the year, Cail focused on increasing unit level revenue and profitability, leveraging new technologies to stay atop of industry innovation, and accelerating system growth.
