How Does My Dog Get Started?
Every new dog completes an interview before joining daycare or boarding. Our Camper screening process assesses how a dog interacts in a group setting, so we can determine whether they’re safe and comfortable before they join open play. It’s a low-pressure introduction that helps us get to know your pup and helps your pup get to know Camp. Schedule an interview, and your dog’s first day of daycare is on us.
What Does a Day of Daycare Look Like?
Dogs spend their time in our open-play environment, running and romping with other Campers under the watchful eyes of our certified Camp Counselors. There’s no crate time during the day. Regular attendance gives dogs a consistent outlet for exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation, and many pet parents notice the difference in their dog’s behavior at home.
Want to check in from the office? Our Live Camper Cams let you watch your dog from any computer or mobile device throughout the day, so you’re never in the dark about how your pup is doing.
What’s Included with Overnight Boarding in Newark, DE?
Overnight boarders stay in their own individual cabin, complete with a cozy cot and fleece blanket. Each evening, they receive a Campfire Treat™ to wind down. During the day, boarding dogs join daycare play alongside our day-visit Campers at no extra charge.
A few other details pet parents ask about:
- Medications: We administer medications as needed at no additional charge.
- Check-in: When you drop off, we walk through your dog’s feeding schedule, any medications, and their individual preferences so nothing gets missed.
- Holiday stays: Peak seasons and holidays may be subject to seasonal pricing, so it’s worth asking when you book.
What Training Options Are Available?
Our reward-based training programs are built for dogs of every age and skill level. Whether your pup is working on the basics or refining more advanced behavior, there’s a format that fits: group classes, private lessons, and training sessions woven into your dog’s regular Camp attendance. That last option is especially convenient for dogs who are already boarding or attending daycare.
Do You Offer Grooming?
Yes. Grooming services include bathing, nail clipping, and other options to keep your dog looking and feeling their best. With training and grooming both available at Camp, you can handle enrichment, cleanliness, and good behavior all in one place rather than coordinating appointments across multiple locations.
How Does Pricing Work, and How Do You Keep Dogs Safe?
Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive with no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay, whether your dog is here for a single day or an extended boarding stay.
Safety doesn’t stop at the interview. Our Camp Counselors monitor the play areas throughout the day, and Live Camper Cams give both our team and pet parents an additional layer of visibility. The Camper screening process helps us assess whether each dog joining group play is a good match for the environment, and ongoing supervision supports a safe setting for every pup in Camp.
