Dog Biscuit Recipes From Our Campers Kitchen

It’s International Dog Biscuit day! Yep, it’s a real thing! I know…because we don’t have enough foolish holidays to celebrate now we have to add dog biscuits to the mix!

You’re in luck because we have some tried and true recipes from one of our very own Campers, here are some of Missy’s favorite treats:

Pumpkin Cut Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix well
  • Roll out on a floured surface
  • Cut into shapes with your favorite cookie cutters
  • Bake on lined cookie sheet for 40 minutes or until crisp
  • Store in airtight container and refrigerate

Banana cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 overripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Roll into 1″ balls
  • Place on lined cookie sheet
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Store in airtight container and refrigerate
