It’s time for another round of meet-and-greets — this time, with our Vice President of Development, Renuka Salinger, aka our Franchise Sales Shepherd.
Renuka joined the Pack in 2007 as a Camp Counselor, but it wasn’t long until she was brought onto the corporate support team. Her mission? To help open more than 100 locations in a three-year period. If you haven’t already guessed — she succeeded, and then some.
During her time as part of the Camp Bow Wow family, Renuka has held multiple roles, assisting with the growth and development of the franchise system nationwide. Her ability to understand and expand franchise sales has been a tremendous asset. Those skills, in tandem with her vast institutional knowledge of Camp Bow Wow franchise operations, site search, and pre-opening processes and her ability to cultivate meaningful franchise owner relations, have been the key to her success — and in turn, ours!
In her current role, Renuka is responsible for overseeing the franchise sales department that works to foster a new unit, an additional unit, multi-unit and resale development for the company. Her passion for animals and helping others is evident in all she does, day-in and day-out.
When she’s not out digging up new franchise location leads and speaking with potential new Camp owners, Renuka can be found spending time with her husband, Brodin, and their three dogs and three cats.
