Dog Boarding Near Marrero

Camp-Style Care with All-Day Play for Marrero Dogs

Leaving your dog overnight can feel stressful, especially when you’re not sure what their day will look like. At Camp Bow Wow New Orleans, we provide Dog Boarding from our New Orleans facility for pet parents in Marrero. Dogs enjoy All-Day Play in supervised indoor and outdoor yards, then relax in individual Cabins at night.

Our dog boarding service near Marrero gives dogs an active camp routine rather than a traditional overnight stay. Every boarding stay includes All-Day Play, a Cabin, and a nightly Campfire Treat™. Live Webcams let you check in during play hours while you are away.

Every new Camper completes a free Interview Day before their first overnight stay. This visit helps us see whether your dog is comfortable in the Camp environment and a good fit for group play.

Contact us at (504) 474-7509 or book online to arrange your pup’s free Interview Day and request a boarding reservation.

Dog Boarding Near Marrero with All-Day Play

Many pet parents picture rows of concrete runs and limited playtime when they think about dog boarding. Our Camp works differently. Boarding dogs spend the day in supervised indoor and outdoor play yards before returning to their Cabins for the evening.

All-Day Play is included in every Overnight Boarding stay. Dogs join regular day camp groups and can take part in enrichment activities such as agility-based activities, puzzle toys, and guided play sessions. Grooming and training are also available as add-on services during a boarding visit.

At bedtime, Campers settle into individual Cabins. Each boarding pup receives a nightly Campfire Treat™ as part of their routine. Our Live Webcams provide a view of your dog’s play experience during play hours.

Our Certified Camp Counselors® supervise group play and are trained in dog behavior and pet CPR as part of our team.

What Overnight Dog Boarding Near Marrero Looks Like

When you book overnight dog boarding near Marrero, you deserve to know what your pup will experience. At our New Orleans Camp, boarding dogs take part in the regular day camp environment during the day and return to their individual Cabins at night.

Arrival & Daytime Routine

For arrival, bring your dog during our regular hours and provide their food, medications, and any relevant instructions. We recommend boarding drop-off before 4 PM so your dog has time to play, eat, and settle into the Camp routine before the evening.

During the day, your dog spends time in our supervised indoor and outdoor yards with their group. Enrichment options can include agility courses, puzzle toys, and guided play sessions. Live Webcams allow you to see your dog during play hours.

Evening Care & Pickup

In the evening, boarding dogs return to their Cabins and receive a Campfire Treat™.

For pickup, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before closing. If your dog is staying more than one night, they continue their camp routine with All-Day Play during the day and time in their Cabin at night.

Every Overnight Boarding stay includes:

• All-Day Play in supervised indoor and outdoor yards
• An individual Cabin for overnight rest
• A nightly Campfire Treat™ as part of the evening routine
• Live Webcam access during play hours

Safety, Health, & Group Play Rules

We know safety is usually the first question when families consider doggie boarding. Group play is for dogs who are comfortable around people and other dogs, and every new Camper must complete a free Interview Day before their first boarding stay.

During the Interview Day, we introduce your dog to our Camp environment and observe their comfort level and interactions. The visit helps us determine whether your dog is suitable for group play and whether our Camp-style setting is a good fit.

Our Certified Camp Counselors® supervise group play and are trained in dog behavior and pet CPR. Before the Interview Day and boarding stay, please make sure your vaccination records and care information are current.

To join our boarding pack, dogs need:

• A completed Interview Day before the first overnight stay
• Current vaccination records for Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper (DHPP)
• Spay or neuter status for dogs seven months and older
• Good health for participation in group play
• Friendly behavior with people and other dogs
