We know your dog is family, and you want more than a quick walk. Our Camp is built around supervised group play, caring attention, and a warm environment where pups can romp with friends, take scheduled breaks, and rest in cozy cabins or quieter spaces. You can check in on your dog through our web cameras during the day.
From our Camper screening process to our all-inclusive pricing, we work to make dog day care simple and reassuring for local families. Indoor and outdoor play areas give dogs room for activity and socialization, while our Camp Counselors monitor interactions and respond when a pup needs redirection or downtime.

Supervised Dog Day Care for Jefferson Parish Families
Dogs enjoy an open-play environment that lets them run, explore, and interact in spacious indoor and outdoor yards.
Our fun-loving Camp Counselors are in the play yards with the dogs, not watching from a distance. They observe body language, encourage appropriate play, guide interactions, and step in when a pup needs a breather. This close attention supports supervised social contact throughout the daycare day.
Group daycare isn’t about keeping every dog active without interruption. The experience includes a balance of exercise, socialization, affection, and opportunities to rest. Dogs can take a break in cozy cabins or quieter areas when they need time away from the activity.
We also keep pricing straightforward. Our daycare services are all-inclusive, so your pup’s core day of play, attention, and care isn’t separated into extra line items. We explain what’s included before care begins so you can make an informed decision.
For families who also need boarding, grooming, or training, our Camp brings these services together through the same location. Your dog can become familiar with the Camp environment during daycare before returning for another available service.
How Our Dog Day Care Process Works
At our Camp, every new pup starts with a Camper interview before joining regular group play.
Camper Interview & Introduction
The interview helps us evaluate whether your dog is comfortable in an open-play setting. We’ll ask about temperament, preferences, sensitivities, habits, health information, and previous experiences around other dogs. This is also your opportunity to share anything that can help our Camp Counselors understand your pup.
We watch your dog’s behavior and comfort during introductions. Approval for group play follows the Camper interview rather than being assumed before your pup arrives.
Compatible Play Groups
Dogs approved after the Camper interview join our regular play groups. We consider factors such as size, temperament, energy level, and play style when managing group placement. Yard space, staffing, and compatibility also shape how play groups are organized throughout the day.
Our Camp Counselors stay involved in the yards, supervising greetings, guiding play, offering affection, and watching for changes in body language. If a dog becomes unsure, overly excited, or ready for a break, they can redirect the interaction or provide downtime.
Activity & Rest Periods
Most days follow a predictable rhythm. Drop-off includes a check-in where we can discuss how your pup is feeling and review any notes you share. Dogs then have opportunities for active play, sniffing, social time, affection, and rest before pickup.
A typical daycare day may include:
- Morning Arrival: A check-in followed by a transition into the appropriate play environment.
- Supervised Activity: Group play and social interaction monitored by Camp Counselors.
- Scheduled Downtime: Rest in a cozy cabin or quieter area away from active play.
- Additional Social Time: More play, attention, or relaxed interaction based on the group’s energy.
- Pickup: A transition from Camp back to your care at the end of the daycare visit.
Throughout the day, you can use our web cameras to see your dog in the available camera areas. That visibility lets you check in without interrupting your pup’s Camp routine.
Safety & Comfort During Group Play
Active Play Supervision
Screening is the first safety step, not the last. Our Camp Counselors continue to monitor body language, guide appropriate play, and watch for signs that a pup needs redirection, rest, or a different interaction.
Play groups are managed according to available yard space, staffing, and dog compatibility. Because dogs can respond differently as energy levels change, supervision continues throughout the daycare day.
Louisiana conditions can move quickly between heat, humidity, and rain. Our climate-controlled indoor spaces give dogs another place to remain active when outdoor conditions aren’t comfortable for extended play. Indoor and outdoor areas allow the day’s activities to adjust with the weather.
Water & Downtime
Dogs have access to fresh water and scheduled opportunities for rest. Pups can use cozy cabins or quieter areas when they need a nap or time away from the group. Our Camp Counselors monitor each dog and can respond when a pup appears ready for a break.
Daytime Dog Care That Fits Jefferson Parish Routines
Many Jefferson Parish dog parents juggle commutes, work schedules, travel preparation, and family obligations. We structure our daycare to support those routines. Whether you’re driving into New Orleans, heading to Metairie, or managing obligations elsewhere in the parish, your dog can spend the day playing, resting, and receiving attention while you focus on yours.
Our facility-based Camp experience offers more than a brief visit at home. Dogs have opportunities for supervised activity, social contact, affection, and rest within spaces designed for the daycare routine. Our Camp Counselors can provide downtime when a dog needs a break from activity.
Louisiana weather can shift quickly from sunny to stormy, and summer heat can make midday outdoor activity challenging. Our mix of indoor and outdoor yards means pups have activity options as conditions change. Climate-controlled indoor play areas are available during hot, humid, or rainy weather.
Because we also offer boarding, grooming, and training through the same Camp, families across the parish can bring multiple dog care needs to one familiar business. Your dog can attend daycare during a workday, stay overnight when you travel, or return for grooming or training services.
Getting Started with Dog Day Care Near Jefferson Parish
The first step is to schedule a Camper interview so we can meet your dog, introduce them to our Camp, and discuss what helps them feel comfortable. During this visit, we observe how your pup responds to the environment and evaluate their fit for group play.
Before the interview, be prepared to share vaccination records and relevant details about your dog’s routines, temperament, preferences, sensitivities, and habits. Let us know about anything that could affect how your dog responds to new people, other dogs, active play, or rest periods.
Once your pup is approved for group play, you can book daycare days that fit your schedule. We can explain our all-inclusive pricing before care begins.
Our team can answer questions about the Camper interview, group placement, daily routines, or what information to prepare.
