Fort Mill Reservations
Non-Holiday
- Reservations are highly encouraged for all boarding stays
- For dog boarding stays in excess of 10 nights, 50% of your entire reservation amount will be collected at time of check-in.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holidays
- We recognize the following holidays in our holiday policy: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- A holiday period is considered 3 days prior to and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required for holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at check in.
- Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel the reservation at least 5 days before the scheduled check in date.
- Cancellations within the 5 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Dog Day Care & Dog Boarding Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Dog Daycare packages do not expire.
