Safety Standards at Our Dallas Dog Day Care
Every dog in our care has earned their spot. Our Camper screening process sets a clear baseline before day one, and our Certified Camp Counselors® maintain that standard throughout every session.
Certified Camp Counselors®
Our counselors are trained in dog behavior, pet CPR, and pet first aid. That training isn’t a one-time certification: it shapes how they read play group dynamics, intervene early when energy shifts, and keep every session moving safely. You won’t find that level of documented oversight at most boutique or casual alternatives.
Camper Screening & Vaccination Requirements
All Campers must pass the Camper Interview before joining a play group. Dogs must also be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age and current on vaccinations. We require the DHPP vaccine and recommend Leptospirosis annually. Learn about our Bordetella policy.
These requirements aren’t bureaucratic hurdles. Vaccination and spay/neuter standards reduce disease transmission risk in group settings, and temperament screening helps keep smaller or less confident dogs out of high-energy groups they’re not ready for. Dogs are separated by size, temperament, and activity level so every pup plays with compatible companions.

Dog Day Care Built for Dallas Pet Parents
Dallas summers are genuinely hot, and outdoor play only works for dogs when the environment is designed around that reality. Our facilities include climate-controlled indoor play areas and shaded outdoor yards, so Campers can move between environments throughout the day without overheating. Full-day care doesn’t mean full-day sun exposure.

Leaving a dog home alone for eight or more hours can create the conditions for separation anxiety and destructive behavior.
