Non-Holiday

• A negative fecal, Bordatella, Rabies and DHP-Lepto are required.
• Influenza Shot is highly recommended.
• All dogs must be min 4 months and spayed or neutered by 7 months.
• Temperament tests cannot be the same day as desired boarding. Must be prior.
• Quick release collar must be used for your stay. 
• All dogs must be on a leash inside the facility.
• All Medications must be in original container and proper prescription label from Vet.
• Dogs must live together to board together (24/7/365)
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• A maximum of 3 dogs can stay in a cabin or suite together.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holidays

• A 2-night minimum stay is required for holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 25% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation, then it doesn’t exist.
• No Refunds on deposits. If you cancel your reservation, then you can move the deposit to another stay. It will become account credit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• Check out on July 4^th, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years day is 7-10Am

Dog Daycare Packages

• We reserve the right to cut off daycare once we hit maximum capacity.
• If you don’t have a reservation, we cannot guarantee daycare will be available.
• Daycare is Monday through Saturday only. Sunday it is not provided.
• No daycare package refunds.
