Dog Day Care
We strive to offer the best service. While Day Camp reservations are not always required, it helps us to plan proper staffing levels if we know how many campers we will have on any given day. Therefore, we ask that you make a reservation if possible.
Holidays
- Due to the high volume of dogs during Holidays and other busy times (such as spring break), we cannot always guarantee Day Camp availability. Reservations may be required during these times
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Holiday and Sunday Drop-Off and Pick-Up Hours: 7:30 am-9:30 am; 4:30 pm-6:30 pm
Day Camp Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, any days used will be charged at the normal full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Day Camp packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
- All packages are applicable only to the service specified and are non-transferable

Dog Boarding
Non-Holiday
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all boarding reservations (unless you have a boarding package).
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, and we have a waiting list, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. You will be contacted before the reservation is cancelled.
- If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or a credit to your account.
- If you cancel 48 hours or less prior to check-in, your deposit will be credited to your account. If you are a no-show you forfeit your deposit.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

Holidays
- A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays (and some periods during the summer) to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- Holiday cancellation policy will change depending on demand. You will be informed of all cancellation and refund policies at the time of booking. If you are not given the specifics for cancellation or refunds, please be sure to ask for any specifics that are important to you.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.

Boarding Packages
