Before a single paw hits the play yard, we schedule a Camper Interview to get to know your dog. We observe their temperament, gauge their energy level, and learn their play preferences so we can introduce them to a compatible group with confidence. The transition into our open-play environment is designed to be smooth and low-stress. Afterward, you’ll receive a brief report on how they adjusted and what our Counselors observed.
Continuous Supervision & Thoughtful Grouping
Our Certified Camp Counselors® provide continuous supervision throughout the day, helping keep every dog safe and every play session positive. Campers are grouped by size, temperament, and energy level so every dog can feel comfortable and confident in their group. Counselors are trained to read canine body language and offer gentle redirection when needed, whether that’s for excessive barking, mounting, or rough play.
