Dog Daycare & Dog Boarding Packages

Review the conditions that apply to your dog daycare package or boarding reservation before booking. This page covers package expiration, Boarding Checkout Time, holiday deposits, minimum stays, cancellation deadlines, and listed peak-season dates.

Review these package and checkout conditions:

• Packages are nonrefundable.
• Packages expire one year after purchase, and any unused days are forfeited.
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play for the rest of the day, we’re happy to upgrade your stay for $25. Checkout timing may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holidays

Holiday boarding reservations have additional pricing, minimum-stay, deposit, and cancellation conditions.

Holiday reservation conditions include:

• Holidays Observed: New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Day, and 4th of July.
• Holiday Surcharge: An additional $10 per night is added to the regular boarding fee surrounding holidays and high-volume times.
• Daycare Availability: Regular daycare services aren’t offered on a holiday, but boarding dogs receive play time at Camp during the holiday period.
• Minimum Stay: Boarding reservations beginning three days before or ending three days after a holiday must include at least two nights.
• Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit is required when the qualifying holiday reservation is made. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.
• Cancellation Deadline: The deposit is fully refundable when the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the check-in date.
• Forfeited Deposits: The deposit is forfeited and can’t be applied to other services if the reservation isn’t canceled at least 14 days before check-in and the dog doesn’t check in on the reservation start date.

2026 Peak Season Dates

Compare your travel plans with the currently listed peak-season windows below. These dates can fill quickly, so we recommend making a boarding reservation early.

Listed peak-season windows from September 2026 through January 2027:

• September 5 through September 8, 2026
• October 9 through October 12, 2026
• November 25 through December 1, 2026
• December 19, 2026 through January 3, 2027

Confirm Your Matthews Boarding Reservation

Once you’ve reviewed the applicable package, holiday, and peak-season conditions, you can make a reservation through the Camp Bow Wow website or app.
