“The staff are always friendly and seem so glad to see my pup. She certainly does not mind being dropped off there. Once they have her leash, I don't even exist anymore! she never looks back for me. I guess that's a good thing, huh?!! She really seems to enjoy her visits.
They text me pictures of her on occasion and will call if they have any question. My pup has a security pillow that she has slept with since she was 8 wks old. I forgot it the first night of her last stay and the staff members scrounged up another pillow for her until I could get hers to her. That was very sweet of them!”
