Jeremy Camp Manager
Jeremy has been with Camp Bow Wow for about a year now and quickly became a favorite with our four-legged customers. He has a Labradoodle named Kobe. If Kobe could speak he would tell everyone that Jeremy is a great spooner and cuddler! Jeremy loves when our two-legged customers treat the Camp Counselors with yummy homemade baked goods!
When he’s not in the play yards hanging out with dogs, you can find Jeremy giving baths as a member of our Grooming Team. He livens up the team with friendly philosophical debates, such as, "if the dogs are colorblind, why do they like us in red?" Jeremy enjoys working at Camp because his coworkers make it easy to be professional but also have fun! His career goals are simply to become financially independent.

Brook Years With Camp Bow Wow: 12 Owners
Brook is considered a CBW veteran. She has managed, operated, and directed Camps and Camp Bow Wow's home-based pet care service in Colorado for many years. In addition, she spent 4 years at the corporate office providing assistance to 125 CBWs across the country. Her long term experience in owning and managing small businesses, along with her love for dogs and pets, makes her the perfect fit for the team. She is also a graduate of the C.U. Business School. Brook has always had Shar-Pei dogs and admired XL breeds (specifically Great Danes, Saint Bernards and Bernese Mountain Dogs) but her 2 year old daughter asked Santa for a Dachshund, thus Stan joined the family. They have also adopted a hedgehog named Dick Valentine!

Joseph Years With Camp Bow Wow: 5 Camp Manager
As an opera singer, it would be easy to expect a bold, deep, “alpha dog” voice to come from Joe. In reality, he is simply one of the best at keeping the dogs calm and happy with his soothing tone. He is following his dreams to sing professionally, but has already made it to the “big stage” here with us at Camp. Dogs love his kind sole and friendship, we appreciate his loyalty and compassion for our four-legged friends! When asked what he loved about CBW Boulder, he simply said “hanging out with the dogs.

Allison Camp Manager
Allison has been with Camp Bow Wow Boulder for almost 2 years now! She has a Puggle at home named Daisy. If Daisy could speak, she would say that Allison “gives me the best cuddles and walks!” If these cuddles are anything like the cuddles she gives to dogs at Camp, they truly are the best! Allison is a natural caretaker. Her career goals are to become a nurse! There’s no doubt in our minds that she’ll be great.
Allison wanted to work at Camp Bow Wow to spend time with and care for all of the dogs. She loves working at Camp because she also loves her coworkers as well as the dogs! Likeminded, caring people who just want to play with and care for dogs is a good place to find friends! Her favorite things to do at Camp are putting down meals, administering medications, and giving dog baths. This is probably because these all give her some nice one on one time with the pups. Her favorite thing that happens at Camp is when Rhea scratches at the gate just to get into the same yard as Allison! So much love. -
Gage Operations Lead
Gage has been with Camp Bow Wow Boulder for a year and half. He loves working at Camp because all the dogs are great, and so are the employees. It's special that everyone cares about the dogs so much AND their fellow Camp Counselors. It's a great work environment. He initially applied to work at Camp because he really loves dogs and Camp seemed like a great opportunity to not only hang out with a bunch of them but get to learn more about canine companions, too! His favorite thing to do at Camp is hang out in the yards with his four-legged friends.
Gage has a husky/lab mix named Mahalo. If Mahalo could speak, he would say that Gage “is the best cuddler around and he gives me all the treats!” His career goals are to work on something space related such as programming a planetary rover. He recalls a funny moment in the yards when Juna was getting into that midday sleepy slump but he was still standing up as his eyes drooped with heavy sleep. He stumbled while falling asleep standing! LOL, Juna is one entertaining character. -
Janis Years With Camp Bow Wow: 7 Regional Director of Customer Relations
Janis came to us all the way from a Camp in Rochester, New York where she worked for a year and a half before moving to Colorado. ;-) She has been part of the CBW Boulder pack since July and has quickly become an important and well-loved member of our team! Janis was initially attracted to Camp because of her love for all animals; dogs in particular. Janis feels that Camp Bow Wow and its mission is so great, she just knew she had to be a part of it. Getting to know each of the dogs and their personalities makes all the hard work worthwhile. Plus, watching puppies grow up with us is so amazing! While she loves helping our two-legged customers at the front desk, her favorite thing to do at Camp is baths. Giving a dog the “sPAW Treatment” and spending one on one time with our Campers is the best part of every day.
When not pampering pups at Camp, Janis loves hula hooping! We can only imagine her sweet, high energy dog, Penny, loves chasing the hula hoop around and around. Penny loves playing at Camp and food! If she could speak to Janis, she would tell her “I love you, now please feed me!”

James Years with Camp Bow Wow: 4 Camp Manager
James has been with Camp Bow Wow Boulder for over 3 years. He took a year off to head back East but just couldn’t stay gone long. He originally wanted to work with dogs just for the interim until he could figure out what else to do. What started out as just any ‘ole job, turned into the opportunity to work with an amazing staff and for the most stellar boss! Now his career goals are simply to become financially independent. James feels that Camp has become his home away from home. There is not a day that he isn’t excited to come into work!
Spending time and getting to know all of our clients – whether they have two or four legs—is James’ favorite thing to do at Camp. In fact, one of the most memorable stories about James comes from a chat with a sweet client a few years ago. While trying to convey the dedication and love we all feel for the dogs, he exclaimed “the dogs are our lives!” And now we quote him all the time! James has the sweetest yellow lab named Sprout who loves coming to work with Dad. In fact, if he could speak, he would tell James “I’ll be your best friend if you take me to Camp with you more!” Everyone is so happy that James and Sprout came home!

Amandaliss Front Desk and Camp Counselor
Amanda joined Camp Bow Wow Boulder in 2019. You can find her in the yards, loving on the dogs, or at the Front Desk helping our two-legged customers. She has two pets at home named Obi and Whookie. If they could speak, Obi and Whookie would say that Amanda “is super fun! She’ll roll around and cuddle us on the floor!” What a good Mom! Her career goals are to make a significant software used by many, or a videogame.
Amanda loves Camp because everyone here loves what they do. And for all the dogs, of course. When looking for a job, she wanted to work at CBW Boulder because she loves dogs way too much and wanted to do something more involved with them. Amanda recalls the first time a dog laid in her lap. It was towards the end of the night and she was relaxing with the few dogs left. Margo S. was obviously tired after a long day playing and when Amanda sat down, Margo made herself very comfortable. Hearts melting! Amanda loves playing with all of our sweetheart pups and getting to know the Pet Parents on a personal level.

Melissa Professional GroomerMelissa has only been with Camp Bow Wow Boulder for two months, but came with plenty of experience! She has two pets: a Carolina dog named Sydney and a leopard gecko named Viserion. If Sydney could speak she would let her Mom know she is way smarter than her. LOL! She loves all the walks and treats but would appreciate more!Melissa loves the Camp Bow Wow team atmosphere and how everyone works together to make sure the dogs are happy and healthy. Other than the fact that she loves dogs, Melissa wanted to work at Camp Bow Wow because she appreciates our philosophy of treating the dogs "like you're our own."
Melissa’s career goals are to become a yoga instructor. She wants to own a boarding facility or dog shelter someday! But for now she loves, while at Camp, watching Juna find any patch of sun outside and lie on his back soaking up all the sunlight! Melissa enjoys performing grooming tasks. She is a certified groomer and loves making the dogs look all clean and pretty! -
Hailey Camp Manager
Hailey has been with Camp Bow Wow Boulder for one year and you would be hard pressed to find someone who loves dogs as much as she does! She rescued a Catahoula/Blue heeler mix named Louise who started out at Camp as a foster through New Hope Cattle Dog Rescue. She is also the mom to a beta fish named Petunia. If Louise could speak, she would say “I love being at mom’s side at all times, but I don’t like that she only feeds me twice a day. Can I get all foods, please?” Lol, same, Louise.
Hailey loves working at Camp because she loves her coworkers and misses the dogs on her days off. She initially wanted to work at Camp because being able to spend time with dogs all day sounded like an absolute dream. Her favorite thing about Camp is getting to know the dogs’ personalities and seeing them develop friendships. Hailey’s career goals are to go into wildlife rehabilitation and conservation or researching animal behavior. She recalls the first time she met Louise as a foster at Camp. Hailey instantly knew she needed to adopt her! They’re a match made in puppy heaven! -
Hilary Years with Camp Bow Wow: 12 Camp Manager
Hilary has been with Camp for 11 years now! She has two pets at home: a corgi named Sketcher who comes to Camp with her and a beta fish named Blue. If Sketcher could speak, he would say “why are we talking about you when we should be talking about me?!” He is a bit of a divo. You can find Hilary running local races on the weekends; she’s got mad speed! She began a two-year rigorous nursing program and will be a nurse in just a year’s time.
Hilary loves getting to play with all of the pups and knowing their individual personalities. Cattle dogs are her favorite! She loves working at Camp because Hilary loves how dogs can just be dogs while playing in the yards. One of her favorite memories from Camp was one evening as big Moose the lab was running down the aisle to meet his mom, he swiped Hilary’s legs out right from under her! Hilary’s favorite dogs at Camp are Hudson B., Mochi S., Sophie T., and Charlie I.
