We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. Cash and Check are not accepted at this time.
Holidays
- A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- A holiday period is considered 2 days before and 2 days after the actual holiday.
- A credit card must be left on file at the time of booking to confirm your holiday reservation.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within two weeks of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holiday boarding is required to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation check-in date and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
- Major holidays and peak times will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holiday Check In/Out
Check-In: Check-in as early as you'd like on the day of drop-off so your Camper can enjoy more playtime!
Check-Out: Check-out can be any time during business hours. We ask that you confirm your approximate time of check out at drop-off so that we may efficiently expedite the check out process.

- Our lobby is closed on Thanksgiving day and Christmas Day; therefore there will be no drop offs or pick ups.

- Spring Break: March 17 - March 26
- Easter: April 7 - April 11
- Memorial Day: May 27 - May 31
- July 4: July 2 - July 6
- Labor Day: September 3 - September 5
- Thanksgiving: November 22 - November 26
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day: December 22 - December 27
- NYE: December 29 - January 3

Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase unless the dog is dismissed.
- For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
- Only one discount per stay per family
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
- 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate.
