Reservation Policies

Standard Boarding Policy

  • When the charge for an overnight boarding reservation exceeds $200, a deposit is due at camper check-in. The deposit is 50% of the boarding charge and does not apply to additional services such as a camp shower, extra care services, or training.
  • The balance for an overnight stay is required at camper check-out.
  • There is no penalty for a standard overnight boarding (non-holiday) cancellation or no-show. If payment is made in advance over the phone, the payment will remain on the account in the form of a credit and deducted from future services.

Holiday Boarding Policy

  • Overnight boarding during a holiday period requires a two-night minimum stay. With advance management approval, a one-night stay may be approved but a two-night charge applies.
  • A holiday reservation fee of $80.00 PER CABIN is required in advance before a holiday reservation will be confirmed. Payment can be processed over the phone or in-person. This fee is applied to the amount of the overall stay and is not an additional charge for the holiday.
  • When the charge for an overnight boarding reservation exceeds $200, a deposit is due at camper check-in. The deposit is 50% of the boarding charge and does not apply to additional services such as a camp shower, extra care services, or training.
  • The balance for an overnight stay is required at camper check-out.
  • If a holiday boarding reservation is cancelled 10 or more days in advance, the holiday reservation fee will remain on the account as a credit to be applied to a future service.
  • The holiday reservation fee is subject to forfeit when cancelled inside of 10 days from the holiday period start date.
  • The holiday reservation fee is subject to forfeit for failure to show up for the reservation.

Boarding Holiday Periods

Boarding holiday periods include two nights before and two nights after the observed holiday. If a boarding reservation includes at least one night during the holiday period, then the holiday boarding policy applies. If a boarding reservation does not include at least one night during the holiday period, then the standard boarding policy applies. The following chart identifies the seven holiday periods for our camp.
