I felt someone was truly watching my dog. When they thought she was coughing, the immediately notified me, provided a plan and updated me. Fortunately she did not have a cough and they reintroduced her to group play. The caller was also mindful to assure me everything was ok when I answered. Also, not sure if my dog’s bedding was washed or sprayed but something smelled pleasant when I picked her up. I as truly appreciative.
