Boarding Policies
One Night Deposit
For a reservation to be held, we require a one night’s deposit within 24 hours of making the reservation. A one night’s deposit goes towards your total payment and can be refunded if canceled at the minimum of 7 days prior to reservation dates
Seven Day Policy
Deposits can be refunded 7 days prior to checking in. If canceled 6 days or less before the reservation the payment will be forfeited
Balance Remainder
The total balance remaining will be due at drop-off. We are unable to keep pups for boarding if payment is not made at drop-off.
Medications
There is no extra charge to administer medications for your pups. The only medications we do not allow to be administered is injectables (i.e.: Insulin)
Starting October 1, 2023 boarders checking out will not be given food or medications on check out day. Breakfast and AM medications will be given.
Check In/Out
Check-In: Check-in as early as you'd like on the day of drop-off so your Camper can enjoy more playtime! If dropped off after 4pm, please feed your pup at home.
Check-Out: By 12 p.m. on the day of pick up. You can request Extended Checkout for $15 per dog by scheduling in advance or reaching out to us anytime during your stay to let us know. Extended Checkout provides your pup with the opportunity to stay and play for the remainder of the day and you can pick up any time at or before 7 p.m. Applies to Monday to Saturday pick-ups at this time but can change at any point without notice.
Early Pick-Up
Refunds will not be given for early pick-ups. Please schedule your boarding for the dates needed and call us if you need to extend the reservation
Day Care
To board with us, all dogs need to attend day care at least once every 6 months. This will keep your pup active in our system. It also helps to ensure your pup is still comfortable with being in Camp.
There is no day care on Sundays. Our standard business hours are 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm. Sundays are for boarders to be dropped off or picked up
Feeding
If pups are being dropped off after 4pm, We ask that pups are fed before coming in for boarding. Our boarders eat at 4pm. If for some reason the pups didn’t eat before coming in let us know as soon as possible so we can feed them
Holiday Boarding Policies
Two Night Requirement
For holiday boarding, we will require a 2-night minimum for the stay. Holidays include the following: New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, The Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Seasonal Staffing Surcharge
Holiday reservations will have a staffing surcharge added to the price of the stay. Staffing surcharge amount is $5 per dog, per night. The surcharge will be 3 days prior to the holiday, the day of the holiday, and 3 days after the holiday. Summer staffing surcharge will be in effect the weekend prior to Memorial Day and end the weekend following Labor Day. Fridays and Saturdays during the summer season will incur a surcharge of $5 per dog, per night. Seasonal staffing surcharge can change without notice at anytime.
Cabin Capacity
Only 3 dogs are allowed per cabin. All dogs must live in the same house to board together.
Day Care Policies
Vaccines
All pups must be up to date on Bordetella, Distemper, & Rabies
Spayed/Neutered
Dogs can attend day care and boarding at 16 weeks old. We do require to all pups must be spayed or neutered by 7 months old
Interviews
In order to attend day care or boarding, we do require pups to pass an interview
Leashes/ Collars
In order to enter camp, you pup must be on leash. All dogs are required to have a quick release collar with a name tag
Pick-up Times
We are open from 7am-7pm on Monday-Saturday. Any pup left after 7pm will be boarded
Sunday
There is no day care on Sundays. We are open from 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm. Sundays are for boarders to be dropped off or picked up
Unlimited Packages Policies
- Unlimited packages reset at the end of every month, days do not rollover from month to month
- Unlimited packages are non-refundable
- Enrolled customers will be charged on the first day of every month, customers must opt out prior to the first in order to avoid being charged for another month
- Packages are on a per dog basis and cannot be shared with other friends or family members
- Reservations are not required for drop-in daycare, however reservation are required during holiday periods
- Unlimited daycare packages are only applicable to days where daycare is offered
- Daycare is not offered on Sundays and major holidays
- Unlimited Daycare packages do not apply to boarding prices
- IE. Enrolled unlimited customers must pay standard boarding rates when boarding stays are booked
- Unlimited nail trim appointments must be booked Monday – Friday, no Saturday or Sunday appointments will be offered
- VIP Membership discounts do not apply to enrichment packages. The VIP discount applies to al carte services and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Grooming
Board and Train - 2- or 3-Week Program
Your pup will board with us for two or three weeks, while they get 1-on-1 training with our staff trainer each day. Pup will start with Level I basic behaviors and advance to Level II skills. At the end of the two weeks your pup will return home. After the 2 weeks training, pet parents will be given 2 in-home, 30-minute refresher classes, good for one year after completion. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made when signing up.
Cost is per dog. A sibling discount of $350 will be applied to siblings staying in the same cabin or suite. Dogs must pass an interview to board and train. Required Vaccines include Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella.
Age appropriate vaccinations required. Must be current on Distemper and Bordetella shots for puppies up to 4 months. 4 months and older, must be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella.
