Boarding Checkout Time
- Pick up your Camper anytime between 6AM-7PM.
Non-Holiday
- Please be considerate enough to cancel via phone, email, or in person.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off. If you are having someone else drop off/pick up on your behalf, please prepay before arrival.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- A non-refundable 1-night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation start date.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- All refunds on deposits or any services sold are subject to a 3% processing fee.
