This is a great, safe place to leave your cherished pet. When my boy arrives, they greet him like family. His tail is wagging before I even bring him in the front door. For an extra special service, they even offer a bath. So at the end of his day, he gets a little spa time and when I return he smells fresh and feels so soft.

My dog was there for 8 days, and I was mostly able to see how she was doing on camera. At times, the camera wasn't working. I got updates on her play times and snuggle times. On the pickup day, she got a bath and teeth brushed before picking her up, and there didn't seem to be any problems at this visit.

We love Camp Bow Wow! They always take amazing care of our dogs. Our first pup is the OG of the facility, and they always treat him like royalty. Camp BowWow in San Ramon is great. The staff are very welcoming. They clearly love dogs. The play yards are big with lots of room for the dogs to play (or not). There is a counselor in the play yard with the dogs at all times who engages with the dogs while keeping a watchful eye. It is also great that they have cameras in each of the yards so that you can check in to see how your dog is doing.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Camp Bow Wow! Remi has been coming here since she was 7 months old and now she’s 2 and loves it. She loves being with her pup friends and camp counselors. They really take great care of her whether we leave her there for the day or a few nights. One of the things I love is that they have cameras inside the play area so I can jump on and just see her and check in. They really took the time to get to know her, myself and my partner to ensure for a successful stay.

They’re the best; they’re like family taking care of your dog. I love the little messages they give us of how the dog did, and I love that. The dog has a nice safe place to sleep. Snoopy does well there. I’ve never experienced anyone loving on my pup as much as the employees at Camp Bow Wow. I’m so happy knowing my fur baby is in such good hands when she can’t be with me.
We understand plans may change. To cancel a day care reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer the spot to another dog in need of care.
Is a reservation required for day care?
Yes, a reservation is required to ensure we can accommodate your dog and provide the best care possible. You can easily make a reservation by calling us or using our online booking system.
Do you provide meals for dogs?
We recommend bringing your dog's preferred food to maintain diet consistency. If needed, we can feed your dog with provided meals at scheduled times. However, we do not provide dog food as part of the day care service.
Are vaccinations required for day care?
Yes, we require up-to-date vaccinations for all dogs attending day care. This policy helps maintain a healthy environment for all our canine guests. Please provide records of vaccinations such as rabies, distemper, and Bordetella.
