Great staff. My dog hates being dropped off but enjoys being there for the attention. I've had to call them once for a last-minute drop-off, and they took him right in. My dog is very well known with them for his troubles at home, which earn him his daycare days.

Very impressed by Camp Bow Wow in Norton Shores. Hannah and the team were amazing to my Papaya baby. Our long-time doggy daycare was full for Spring Break, and Camp Bow Wow got us in, which was a huge relief. Papaya had so much fun while we were on vacation. She came back so tired from all the playing with her new friends. Hannah sent us some personal snuggling pictures with Papaya, which was so nice to see she got some one-on-one attention. I highly recommend for boarding.

My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow, and I can tell he’s well cared for while he’s there. I know he gets plenty of playtime because he’s so tired when he comes home. I’ve had other daycare locations tell me my dog is too high energy to be allowed to play with the other dogs, but we haven’t had any issues with that here. They do a great job at making sure the dogs can play together safely. It’s been a huge relief to have a place that my dog can 'vacation' at whenever we’re away, whether it’s just for the day or longer!

They have a great staff of friendly and dog-loving people. They also have cameras in ALL the play areas so we can go online and watch the dogs play while they are there if we choose to. It is another way to keep our minds at rest while we are away from our little fur babies.

The entire staff seems really friendly, and the building looks clean. I love that I can watch my dog on the camera. He isn't the only one with separation anxiety, lol. I also like their process to see if your dog will be a good fit. They make sure everyone will be safe, both new and old.
