My dog enjoyed daycare and came home tired, and I liked being able to watch him on the Camper Cams. When he was the last dog at daycare, the staff played ball with him, which he loves. And all the workers were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks for taking such good care of the dogs!

All the Camp Bow Wow locations we’ve frequented are great. The staff are very friendly and seem passionate about the dogs. They are clean and appealing spaces. Even though each location is an individual franchise, they all seem to operate with similar prices, style, and routine. Our two dogs have stayed at Norton Shores several times and always seem happy to be there.

All I can say is this place is awesome. I bring my 2 year old dog Daisy here sometimes for a weekend play and sometimes for 12 days during vacation. She always has a blast and comes home tired. Every one of the staff right up to the owner have always been nothing short of awesome. They are always excited to see your pup, and when I leave I know she is in good hands. The staff are always polite and ask about medications and if you want any other services like baths and nails clipped. I honestly can't say enough about this place and I would highly recommend if you're looking for a good boarding or doggy day care facility, I would definitely give this place a call. And you can also upgrade your dog's suite if you so desire. And don't worry, this place even has a fire evacuation plan in place to make sure your pup is safe 24/7. Again, this is a place I would highly recommend for your pup.

Camp Bow Wow in Norton Shores is a safe, clean, and wonderful place to take our dog (Willow) for day care and boarding. We have never boarded a dog before, so I was initially quite nervous to do so, but Willow LOVES playing with other doggie friends, and loves the staff that cares for her too. This shows because she almost drags me in when we get there, and greets the staff with kisses each time we arrive. I appreciate how clean it is, how well she is watched, and how I can see her any time she is there on the cameras they have. I also love it that when she comes home at the end of the day (or the time she is boarded) she is exhausted and sleeps so well; she gets tired from playing hard! 🥰

We have taken our dog (Willow) to Camp Bow Wow in Norton Shores on several occasions since January of this year (2026). She is a puppy, has lots of energy, and she loves going there and playing with other dogs. The staff knows her by name when we go, and she greets them with kisses and love, which helped me when I was leaving her. I believe the staff cares about her, and treats her well. We have never boarded any other dog before, so initially I was a little bit nervous. The cameras they have make it so I could see her every day, and watch her having fun, and at times, watch her rest too. This was very helpful and reassuring to me, and helped me know that she was being well cared for and having fun. Every time we bring her there, when she comes home she is exhausted and sleeps so, so well! Playing with "friends" gives her lots of exercise and fun when she is away from home. We plan to continue to use Camp Bow Wow, and we highly recommend them.

My pup goes with his doggie BFF. We have found that during the winter they just needed more activities. Both pups get excited when going. Camp Bow Wow is an amazing place for my dog. She is older now, and I was so nervous she wouldn’t be able to play with other dogs, but with the intake process through Camp Bow Wow she looks forward to it! She is much more relaxed now around other dogs, and that provides me with support when I need to leave town. This kennel/play spot is employed by kind, top notch caregivers that really love my dog, can’t recommend it enough.

Camp Bow Wow has been such a huge blessing to us. Our dog has severe separation anxiety and cannot be left alone at all. We love taking her to Camp Bow Wow’s doggy day camp when we need to leave her. They provide a safe environment for her to get socialization with other dogs and there is always a human present during day camp hours so she doesn’t feel alone. The staff knows her by name and I can see them petting her sometimes when I check in on the camera. I feel confident she is well taken care of when she is there!
