We're Josh and Ashley. We love our 2 dogs just as much as we love our 3 kids. We also love to travel. It's easy to bring our children on trips, but flying with 2 German Shepherds is difficult. Over the years we tried a lot of boarding options in the area and have been less than excited to leave our dogs while we go have all the fun.

We found Camp Bow Wow and loved the all-day play, large, individual cabins separated by actual walls with cots, luxury suites with 24/7 camera viewing for longer stays, the ability for dogs to run inside and outside freely, and that all the dogs must pass an interview before coming to camp. We felt our pets were safe and well taken care of while we were gone! One stop shop was also a huge benefit - we can let the pups have fun at doggy daycare, board them for trips and get all their grooming done all in one spot. We started as customers and converted to owners we loved Camp that much! 

Our goal is to be the premiere, all-inclusive pet service experience in the local KC community providing your pups with fun, love and a safe environment. We look forward to meeting all of you!

Hi I’m Ami. I have always been passionate about pets and dogs in particular. When I was a little girl, I fell in love with my grandpa’s dog, Suzie. I would dress up and pretend to groom her at age 7. This love and passion led me to a career that still excites me to this day. I have been a Professional Groomer for 27 years, 21 of those years as a Master Stylist. In addition to loving dogs and the art of Grooming I have spent over 20 years of my Career in the Pet Industry in Boarding/Care/Training Leadership Roles.

When I’m not working I spend my spare time with my husband, daughter and our 4 dogs, 2 turtles and a cat. I’m thrilled to be a part of the Camp Bow Wow Pack and look forward to meeting all of our furry friends!

Wren is a talented groomer at Camp Bow Wow Liberty, dedicated to keeping every pup looking and feeling their best. With a gentle touch and a love for animals, Wren ensures each dog’s grooming experience is safe, stress-free, and full of care. Known for her attention to detail and friendly personality, Wren helps pets leave Camp happy, healthy, and looking their absolute best.

Meet Mikayla, our Assistant Manager at Camp Bow Wow! With two years of experience in the Camp Bow Wow community and now a valuable member of our Lee’s Summit location, she brings her passion for dogs to life every day. Mikayla's love for dogs runs deep, her own pup was a foster from Camp that she couldn’t resist adopting! Mikayla keeps the energy high and laughter flowing in all her interactions, making sure every Camper feels right at home.

Katlin has been a part of the Liberty family for over three years, dedicating her time and energy to making sure every camper has a safe, fun, and happy experience. As a devoted mom, she brings patience, care, and a nurturing spirit to everything she does at camp. Whether she’s overseeing daily operations or spending time with our four-legged friends, Katlin’s passion for pets and commitment to their well-being shines through in every interaction.
