These people were so amazing to work with. They were so sweet, helpful, and patient. My dog is pretty anxious, he likes dogs and wants to play but also likes his space, which of course is a lot to ask for when it comes to boarding with other animals, ha! We wanted to try out an interview/trial to see how he would do. It was a lot for him with so many dogs being there, but they were willing to give him another trial to ease him in. We ended up passing on it to try to do what would make him most comfortable. I hope in the future we can make it work, but I’m so appreciative with how accommodating and reassuring they were! I wish your business continued success!

Twilite absolutely LOVES the Lexington CBW! Our first visit was last fall, where she stayed overnight. At the time, it was the 3rd CBW that we had visited in our travels (she’s now been to 7!) and she remembered the place, being super excited to get in the building. The staff there are amazing and treat her like she’s family. We visit Kentucky every year, so we will be back!

Highly Recommend Camp Bow Wow
My dog is always super happy when I drop her off at Camp Bow Wow. The staff are so friendly and take the time to get to know each dog by name. She gets her energy out while there, so once we're home, she's ready for a nap, which is also a plus for me after a day at the office. From what I can tell, she's well cared for there. They also offer add-on options like one-on-one playtime with a dog as well as nail trimming and baths.
I probably should have started with this, but the initial process to become a new "camper," as they call it, is really easy. I just filled out some basic information online and submitted pictures of her shot records. Then I brought her in for a mini day of daycare as a trial day. She was required to stay a minimum of, I think, 3 hours, but they can stay longer. This was basically a free day of daycare because they don't charge for the trial day.
I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for anyone that's looking for a doggie daycare. I haven't used their overnight experience, but I can attest that their daytime daycare has been great!

The staff is super friendly, the facility is clean, the webcams are a nice feature (especially for an anxious dog parent who likes to know how our pup is doing), and the email updates on Morty’s enrichment activities helped give us peace of mind during his stay. 10/10 totally recommend.

I have taken many of my foster dogs from LHS to Camp Bow Wow. They work well with all kinds of dogs and are very professional. I have also taken them for boarding. Edgar loves Camp Bow Wow. He knows where we are going shortly after we get in the car. He looks out the window the entire way and when we park, he begins his talking bark and pulls me all the way in. He says his hello, I'm here to the staff and lets them know he is in a hurry to go in and play.

We Love Camp Bow Wow ♥️🐾 Clean Professional Safe Cameras AND… they also cater to small breeds 10lbs + All staff are trained in dog behavior and make the safety of all dogs a priority. Did I mention the cleanliness - The facility is WELL maintained. My fur kid is a sweetheart & a bit introverted - He’s done very well here. He was a bit anxious his 1st day (normal), the staff noticed & helped him relax (getting a hug in pic below) as a pup parent, that made me feel reassured (I was peeking in on the camp cam and saw the whole thing!!) He’s been excited to go back to Camp Bow Wow every day since 🐾💙 I’m excited too because I know he’s SAFE and being cared for while I have meetings, run errands & do chores without him underfoot or being home alone. OR, if I just don’t have the energy to keep up with him on any particular day.. Highly recommend!!

Can't go wrong with Camp Bow Wow!
Jax was boarded for 9 days and everyone took such good care of him! He stayed in the luxury suite so I was able to check on him while we were away. I love having that option! Also love being able to check on him periodically throughout the day when he is not in his suite. I can’t say enough about this place and the staff. Everyone I have come in contact with goes above and beyond to take care of all the fur babies! You can’t go wrong with Camp Bow Wow Lexington East! Thanks guys for all you do!

Consistently Nice and Caring
I have taken my dog Elsa to multiple Camp Bow Wows. I travel quite a bit and like to travel with my dog whenever possible. I have been to Lexington, KY, Nashville, and Tampa. My experiences across the board have been very good. They are consistently nice, friendly, and caring people. I love being able to see Elsa on the “camper cam”. I look forward to more places we will visit!
