
· Camp Bow Wow Lawrence does not require reservations for Day Camping.
· We offer Day Camping six (6) days a week, Monday thru Saturday, except major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
· Please make sure your Camper(s) wear quick release collars and name tags to Camp. Please, no buckle or pinch collars, choker chains or e-collars.
· Campers must be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations to enter Camp.
· If you'd like your Day Camper to have a rest break during the day, please let us know when you drop off. We will make every effort to do so if there is a cabin available. During the summer and holidays, we may not have open cabins.
· All Campers must be on a topical or monthly oral flea/tick preventative. Flea collars are not allowed in play yards.

Daycare Packages and Monthly Memberships
· No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase except extenuating circumstances (death of pet, excused camper)
· For package refunds within 30 days, daycare days used will be charged at the regular full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
· Membership packages are automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 1st of the month.

Dog Boarding Reservations
Boarding Notes
· Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin. Family dogs staying in separate cabins will be charged at the single dog rate per cabin.
· Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts.
· 401K-9, VIP & Military discounts available only at a full night’s rate.

Non-Holidays
· Glamping Suites require a 2-night deposit at time of booking. All other cabins are first-come, first-serve.
· Deposits may be required from customers who have not shown for previous first-come, first-serve reservations.
· Deposits may be required at time of booking for high-volume camping such as Holidays, Spring and Fall School Breaks, and summer months.

Holidays
· Holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
· A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
· A 2-night minimum stay is required for holiday boarding to better accommodate all our furry guests.
· Holiday reservations require a 2-night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
· If we have not received a deposit for your reservation at least one week before your reservation start date, it will be cancelled and awarded to the next camper on the waitlist.

Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations more than 7 days prior to your planned arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
· Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to planned arrival will be credited to your account for future use.
· Deposits for boarding reservations cancelled less than 2-days from planned arrival will be forfeited.
Boarding Check In/Check Out
CHECK IN: Check in as early as you'd like on your drop-off day so your Camper can enjoy more playtime! Our mornings until 9 am tend to be busy with Day Camper drop-offs so we recommend dropping off after 9 am to minimize your wait time. We know you want to spend as much time with your pups as you can before leaving them, but we do recommend bringing them to camp by 5:30 pm so that your Camper can play with his buddies before bedtime. We’ve found that giving them time to play before bedtime helps to relieve any stress they may feel. If checking in after 4:00 pm, please make sure your Camper has had dinner before arrival.
CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 am the day of departure. Dinner will not be provided for our departing campers. If you do find that you will not be able to pick your camper up as planned, please let us know as soon as possible so we can prepare a cabin and meals for their extended stay.
EXTENDED CHECK-OUT: An extended check-out fee of $10 will be added for campers checking out after 11 am. The extended check-out fee will be waived for Sundays, Holidays and for campers receiving exit baths on day of departure.
