There is plenty of parking and the shop is very inviting to walk into. Each employee was welcoming, friendly, and gentle with my dog when I arrived. I have had my dog groomed here many times, but this time I took him in for an interview in anticipation of a stay during my vacation. He is a senior, so just a little slower than other dogs. I stayed for a few minutes and was able to view him with other dogs about his same size on the webcams in the lobby. He looked a little lost at first, but moved about with the others within a few minutes. Looks like things went well. He didn't seem to have any anxiety. I recommend this location on Pendleton Pike for others. They have many stay packages to choose at different price ranges. I like this place.

This place is so clean, the staff is so polite and knowledgeable, and they are so accommodating. I called and they got me in early. They also took great care of my dog and fell in love with her. She received a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, and teeth cleaning, and it was less than $100. Anywhere else that I looked was way more than that. I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet.

Camp Bow Wow has been amazing with Lady! She’s always super excited to go to doggy daycare—like full tail-wagging, happy dance excited. I never have to worry when we drop her off, even for longer stays, because I know she’s well taken care of.
One thing I really appreciate is how they’ve helped her come out of her shell. She’s not only more social with other dogs, but she’s also gotten more comfortable around people too. It’s been great to see her grow and become more confident. Couldn’t ask for a better place for our girl!
