Camp Bow Wow Jacksonville Is Absolutely Fantastic!
Camp Bow Wow Jacksonville is absolutely fantastic! We’ve been taking our cavapoo Buttercup here ever since she was a tiny puppy! They always take such great care of her! They always have such fun activities for the dogs, and she comes home happy and tired from all the fun! We love checking on her throughout the day when we drop her off for daycare with the cameras, which is an awesome feature. She’s also gotten baths here, and they do a great job with those too. I’ll leave some pictures of some of the fun she’s had over the past year!

My dog loves to go there!! Staff are flexible to handle each dog's needs. Price is reasonable. My dog doesn’t fit in too strict rules like other boarding places have. I love to bring my dog here because my dog can be a dog.

Camp Bow Wow Is Family
My pup has been going here since he was a baby. He is 8 now and still loves coming here. Camp Bow Wow is family. They take care of him as I would. This is why I keep coming back. We love this place!!!

I highly recommend this place for your pup.
My dog has been going to Camp Bow Wow for years and she still loves going to play every Friday. We also board our other dogs when we go on vacation and love that I can see them through the cameras and check in on them. The employees are super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for your pup.

My dog has been going here for around 2 years now. He’s made so many friends and the attendants there are caring and personable. I went to check on my pup through the Camp Bow Wow camera and saw one of the attendants gently cupping his face and petting him. It was super sweet.

I’ve been taking my dog here for years. He loves all the staff and is always excited to get there. I had something come up last minute and they were able to keep him for a couple of nights with very little notice. It was nice to know he would be well taken care of and would get plenty of exercise.

My concerns were acknowledged
I must share an update to my earlier review where I vented about customer service. A good business manager knows it’s always best to acknowledge a customer’s concerns and apologize for any actual or perceived bad experience that customer has shared. I am pleased to report that my concerns were acknowledged and that’s all I need to hear. Kudos to the Camp Bow Wow staff for at least listening. That’s all one can ask for. Earlier I gave three stars but I must revise to five because the staff works hard and doesn’t deserve any negative hits due to one less than desirable experience.

Camp Bow Wow on Baymeadows is amazing!! My dog loves going! All I have to say is “want to go to camp?” She runs to the door all excited! She’s exhausted when she comes home at the end of the day! All the staff is awesome! We love Camp Bow Wow!! ❤️

The first time I had to leave, my little guy broke my heart, cause he got more excited than I did! But these people are so sweet and caring, and he loves them. When he gets there, he about breaks the dog leash to get out and go in there. They’re so good to him, and it wears him out, which is good for me. I get to go home and relax a little. I’m so thrilled to use Camp Bow Wow. I love the staff, and the place is great!!

Rusty loves to ride in the car, but he really gets excited when he realizes he’s going to Camp Bow Wow. He has a great time running around with his dog buddies and getting attention from the staff. Then he sleeps like a happy baby when he comes home. Sounds like a perfect day!
