I am so grateful for how accommodating you all were when my dog and I were in the Wichita area on short notice. I spoke with a sweet woman who’d recently moved to the area from the South, and she walked me through every step to get my dog’s records transferred from our normal KC location so that my dog could come to day camp. It was an otherwise challenging week due to a family emergency and this experience was a bright spot!

We like how easy it is to book services in the app or online. We love the level of communication and quality of care that the staff have. This last time we took our dog we mentioned that we had an upcoming overnight stay but wanted to know if we could see the area where the kennels are just to put our minds at ease about having our dog stay. The staff were more than willing to give us a nice little tour and show us around the facility.
