We’d like you to give a great, big, tail-wagging “hello” to one of Camp Bow Wow’s own — Vice President of Operations, Laurie Windler, aka our Top Ops Dog!
Camp Bow Wow first welcomed Laurie to the Pack in 2016 — and boy, were we pawsitively thrilled to have her aboard! With over 30-years of outstanding entrepreneurial, franchise, and management experience, we knew that Laurie would be a great addition to the team from the start. Of course, she didn’t disappoint! As our Vice President of Operations, Laurie is one-hundred-percent committed to ensuring that our corporate locations receive exemplary franchise support and comprehensive operations training to set them up for as prosperous a future as possible.
Before signing on to lead the operations team here at Camp Bow Wow, Laurie spent a considerable amount of time immersed in the Elements Massage franchise model. In fact, she spent nearly a decade working for the company, beginning first as their Director of Franchise Support and working her way up to Vice President of Operations — assisting with adding over 200 store locations to the Elements Massage franchise family in the process. It was during her tenure that she learned the ins and outs of franchise support and operations management, making her a pawfect fit for the Pack!
When she’s not romping around headquarters and digging up new operations support techniques, Laurie enjoys spending time with her husband Carl, their two daughters, and their three grandchildren. And of course, we can’t forget her fur family — her Chihuahua named Gremlin, and her grand-dogs, Kenai the Husky-Malamute mix, and Makenna the Miniature Pinscher.
