We brought our Boston Terrier, Mahomie, here recently for boarding and he had a great time and was well taken care of. The staff at this location is among the friendliest at any dog boarding facility we have ever used. From their attitude and helpfulness on the phone, to their warm and friendly demeanor during drop-off and pickup; even though this facility is further away from us than other locations, we will absolutely go out of our way to bring him back here in the future.

All the Camp Bow Wows are fantastic, but this one in particular has such a sweet and caring staff that we always board our dogs with them for the holidays. We have an older dog who can’t see anymore, and they always take extra care to guide him to the play area. Other than my own family members, these are the only people I would trust to take care of my animals.
The prices are reasonable and we’ve done a bath and brush with them before and the dogs always come home looking amazing. You can really see the pride they take in their work and the love they have for animals.

My sweet Teddy had the best experience
My sweet Teddy had the best experience at Camp Bow Wow in Hurst, TX. Hannah at the front desk made us feel comfortable since this was our first time having to use a kennel. We had to travel last minute out of the country and we had no chance to explore CBW before we dropped Teddy off. They acclimated him (for a fee) for us and the cameras where we could check up on the play yards were wonderful. Once on the cameras, we saw one of the staff members, Sara, paying special attention to Teddy. It made us feel very much at ease, and he looked very happy! It ended up that our flight was delayed coming back and we didn't get in until midnight, and we had to leave Teddy for another night. They were very accommodating and recommended a grooming for Teddy (for a fee). When we picked him up the next day, he was so fresh and clean! I have taken him other places to be groomed but this is by far the best grooming he's ever received and I plan on taking him back to be groomed there again! Thank you again for all your help and to all the staff! You made this experience a true pleasure! 😀

Mazie, aka "Crazy Mazie" because of her high energy, loves going to Camp Bow-Wow. We use the camp for boarding over long weekends or ??? while on a trip.... I think we will start using the camp in the future when we treat our backyard for grubs or with fertilizers.... better than keeping her energy indoors. Bow-Wow rocks.

Words cannot express how much my dog Finley loves this place! I was initially concerned because, as a rescue, he was not exposed to other dogs and he quite literally did not know 'how to be a dog,' but spending time at Camp Bow Wow every other week has taught him to understand other dogs' signals and reactions. I think that the exposure to other dogs has made him an excellent walker on the leash. He seems unbothered by other dogs now, whereas before he was always whining to be close to them. The second we say the word 'Camp,' he gets so excited. We watch him on the cameras from time to time, and he seems to be so well looked after and comes home exhausted.

The entire team at this location has been so great to us! We had an emergency situation where we needed to board our dogs ASAP and they stayed late to help make that happen and get them in the next day. Camp Bow Wow’s staff is INCREDIBLE. We recently had to board our dogs due to an issue with our home and having to stay in a hotel. They accepted our dogs quickly and waived the introduction that’s normally required before you drop them off.
