Our Policy for all Boarding Stays:

The CBW Boulder location, due to its unique demographic of frequently traveling dogs, requires that all Campers receive an injectable, intranasal, or oral Bordetella vaccine every 6 months
24 hours’ notice to cancel a boarding reservation is required
For your dog’s safety and comfort, all dogs must pass the Camper interview. We strongly suggest at least one day of daycare prior to a first-time boarding stay for your dog’s comfort with facility and Camp Counselors
You may bring as many or as few belongings as you would like for your dog's stay, but we ask that you do not bring food bowls or water bowls unless they are special "slow feed" bowls. Some common items to bring include dry and/or wet food, treats, beds and/or blankets, toys (kept in dog's Cabin for duration of stay), unwashed t-shirt or pillowcase to comfort dogs with separation anxiety
For your dog’s comfort and peace of mind, we ask that you drop off no later than 6:00PM on the check-in date. This allows us to make sure your dog settles in, has eaten, and has had the opportunity to go outside before bedtime
All medications must be in their original containers due to state regulations and safety

Holiday Boarding

Holiday reservations require a deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation
A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests
Deposits are nonrefundable starting two weeks prior to stay (or date specified)
Pet parents are financially responsible for the entire stay once deposit is taken
Once deposit is taken, dates cannot be changed
If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of the start date, it may be cancelled
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services
All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice
Accounts go inactive after 2 years of no visits
Seasonal pricing: Holiday & peak times may be subject to seasonal pricing of a $10 additional fee per night per dog

All enrichment services must be orchestrated during a Day care or Boarding Reservation

Camp Bow Wow requires all boarding dogs to be up to date on their DHPP vaccine to keep them healthy and able to play safely with other dogs. It’s recommended that the Leptospirosis vaccine also be included annually, as it’s more common, can be deadly to dogs, and can spread to humans.
The DHPP vaccine protects against four serious and highly contagious diseases: Distemper, Hepatitis (Adenovirus), Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus. These illnesses can affect a dog’s respiratory, digestive, and nervous systems, and can spread quickly between dogs, making vaccination important.
Puppies start the DHPP series at 6–8 weeks old, with two boosters given at 3-week intervals, followed by a third booster a year later. Adult dogs receive booster shots as recommended by their veterinarian, with the Distemper and Parvovirus portion typically given every 1–3 years.
In addition to the DHPP vaccine, the Rabies and Bordetella vaccines are also required for all boarding dogs at all our locations. For more information on our vaccine requirements for dog boarding, contact your local Camp Bow Wow.
Yes, we offer extended dog boarding! We understand that sometimes life takes you away for a bit longer, and we're here to make sure your pup is happy and comfortable the whole time.

Yes, we offer dog boarding for all breeds! The safety and well-being of our canine guests are our top priorities. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we require all dogs to pass a Camper Interview. This process helps us determine if our play-based environment is a good fit for your pup.
While we don't discriminate based on breed, please note that some insurance policies and city ordinances may have restrictions. For specific questions about our policies, please contact your local Camp Bow Wow today.
To maintain our incredibly high standards and satisfaction ratings, your pup must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.

If you'd like to drop off your pup for overnight dog boarding stays, we suggest you bring them in before 4 pm to ensure they have plenty of time to play, eat and enjoy themselves before bedtime.
To ensure we can give your dog plenty of attention when you come to pick them up, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before closing time.
