Holidays

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a one-night-per-dog deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 3 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 3-day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Camp Bow Wow Dog Boarding & Dog Daycare Packages

• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am when possible. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
• For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single-night rate and daycare packages will be charged at a full- or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Day care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date, and any days not used will be forfeited.
• Dog Boarding packages expire one (1) year after date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Dog boarding package owners are subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.

Requirements

To maintain our incredibly high safety standards and satisfaction ratings, we require your pup to be:

• At least four months old
• Spayed or neutered (if seven months old or older)
• All Campers must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines (bi-valent Canine Influenza is highly recommended)
• ***All vaccines MUST be administered by a licensed veterinarian with certificates provided. We cannot accept store-bought or owner-administered vaccines; breeder vaccines must be approved by current vet.
• Flea/tick-free and in good overall health
• Free of wounds or stitches of any kind
• Wearing a quick-release collar
• Friendly with other dogs and people
• Able to pass our Camper Interview and trial day
