Great First Day Experience!
Great first day experience! All the staff were so friendly and informative from start to finish. It was comforting and fun being able to see the meet and greet process of my dogs, as it gave me a much better understanding of them more individually since sometimes they act differently when together or around me. It was also nice being able to check into the live cameras to make sure they were actually enjoying themselves and interacting well with others. I’m excited for them to get more acclimated since we just moved here and are looking to get more socialized! Thank y’all, Camp Bow Wow, we’ll be back!

My Sadie Now LOVES Going to Daycamp
My girl Sadie became a camper here in January. She is a very shy girl and can get overstimulated easily, which made me nervous, but I needed a place for her to stay when we go out of town. The staff here have been so patient with her and have loved her so well. The first couple of days were rough, but because of how kind the staff has been, my Sadie now LOVES going to daycamp. She begs every morning to be taken to daycamp, and anytime we pull up to camp she is begging to go play with her friends and staff members. I’m honestly not sure if she prefers the dogs or people more. Seriously, could not recommend this place enough for all your dogs’ needs, whether it’s daycamp, boarding, or even grooming needs. They are all great!!

I took my Shih Tzu, Chukha, to get a full service groom at Camp Bow Wow for the first time yesterday. It was the friendliest place. The groomer, Melanie, called Chukha by name and spoke to me personally as we entered the building. Chukha's groom was wonderful! If you are looking for a place to board your dog in the Benton/Bryant area, look no further. As a Benton native, I have always loved the opportunity to support local business. However, my husband is military and we find ourselves all over the country with our pup, Reagan.
We recently made the decision to make a last-minute trip home before our second baby is born. While I went to our local boarder, I learned it was our local county’s fall break and there were no available spots to keep her. We tried to find a dog sitter, but that’s when Leah and her team stepped up.
Leah was excellent to communicate with. Her passion for caring for people’s fur babies is so evident. She was quick to respond, answer our questions, and let us know the process for getting her set up. She made the entire process so simple, which was a HUGE relief.
Once at the facility, Leah came out to our car to greet us and give Reagan all the puppy love. Reagan immediately took to her. As we entered the facility, I was amazed at how clean it was. The front desk associate was warm and welcoming, they took us to intake and were loving on Reagan and ensuring I understood all the necessary paperwork and their process for Reagan while she would be in their care. As Reagan went back to begin integrating, they had a camera for me to watch. She did amazing and ‘passed her camp evaluation.’
Over the weekend, I loved having the ability to access the cameras to check in on her. Their app makes it simple and their team’s passion for these fur babies is so evident.
All in all, we had a terrific experience at Camp Bow Wow in Benton/Bryant. I could not recommend them enough! Thank you Leah and team! Walk, don’t run to board your pup here. We will definitely be back!
