We love being able to take our two pups here when we have to leave town or are going to be away from our house all day. Thrilled with Camp Bow Wow - Woodstock
Yesterday when I was waiting in the lobby to pick up my dog, Dewey, I personally witnessed 2 staff members give outstanding customer service. One asked the client if her dog responded to Spanish and then communicated with the client in Spanish, and then both employees helped a new mom out to her car and would not let the owner carry anything. Dewey LOVES coming here and is exhausted. Great weekend hours and boarding hours. Thrilled with Camp Bow Wow - Woodstock. Also, awesome about responding via email. Highly recommend.
UPDATE: Been coming to CBW for years now and love the Sunday Funday and the balls/bubbles enrichment. Painting ones also. Always very clean and appreciate they wipe down Dewey so he stinks less too.

Camp Bow Wow in Woodstock is wonderful!
Camp Bow Wow in Woodstock is wonderful! Izzy and Finley love it and can't get inside the front door fast enough! The staff is genuinely kind and caring, and it's apparent they all love the dogs. We go for daycare once a week so Izzy and Finley can run and play and just 'be a dog' with their friends as well as for boarding when I'm traveling, and I never worry about them because I know they're happy and safe and well cared for. I love the impromptu pictures they periodically send me, and if there's ever any slightest issue or potential concern, Kelly always gives me a call to make me aware. I love and trust these guys and wouldn't let anyone else care for Izzy and Finley.

I can tell the people here really care about our dog. They send us pictures of him and tell us stories about his day. I can check on him at any time with the playroom cameras. He comes home happy and tired. The team there also calls and texts as soon as anything happens, if it ever should. Our guy was getting too rowdy and hurt his knee tearing around. He was OK, but the Camp Bow Wow team texted us the next day just to check in on him. Love this location and the team there. Our pup loves Kate. 💞

Ocean always comes home happy, tired (the good kind!), and clearly loved. I have complete peace of mind knowing he’s safe, playing, and surrounded by people who treat him like family. The facility is clean, well-organized, and full of positive energy—basically doggy paradise.
