Holiday Reservation Policies for Dog Boarding

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• 5 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 5-day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• A $5 surcharge will be applied in addition to the regular price of boarding per night during the holiday period.

Daycare Package Information

• No package refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase unless the dog is dismissed.
• For package refunds within 30 days, daycare packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Daycare packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.

CHECK OUT: If you would like your pup to play past 11am, we are happy to have them for an additional fee of $15. If your pup is receiving a bath, extended checkout fee is waived. 

Important Notes for Dog Owners:

• Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
• Only one discount per stay per family
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
• 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate
