The staff has been professional, polite and accommodating. From my observation by way of the cameras, I perceive that the environment is safe for the dogs, that they are being monitored, that the staff understands how based to contend with conflicts between the animals. I have also noticed by way of the cameras that the dogs' tails are almost constantly wagging --- the dogs are happy!
