The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic. Leaving our fur babies for the first time was nerve-wracking, and they handled our nerves with such grace and understanding. I personally observed Giann interacting with multiple new families, including ours, and was so impressed. She listened attentively, answered every single question with patience and respect, and made each family feel heard and valued. At the same time, she seamlessly checked in returning customers without missing a beat. What an absolute asset she is to your company! At pickup, she took extra time to give me a thorough update and made sure I felt completely comfortable. The level of customer service exceeded our expectations. One of our pups had a fantastic interview experience. Our other girl was more timid and didn’t perform as confidently as we had hoped, but the staff were immediately attentive to her needs. They recognized her anxiety and calmly removed her from the situation to ensure she felt safe and supported. That responsiveness meant everything to us. I never imagined I would feel completely comfortable leaving our dogs with anyone, but I can confidently say we trust the Stone Oak location with our babies — and that is huge for our family. The camp counselors truly make the difference. We’ve already signed up for additional visits and are hopeful that, with this team’s support, our more fearful pup will grow in confidence and eventually enjoy camp just as much. We are so grateful.
