They Took Such Wonderful Care of Them
This past weekend, while we were in Chicago, Camp Bow Wow took care of my two dogs, Nala and Shaka. It was the very first time I had ever left both of my babies somewhere I didn’t personally know, so, of course, this overprotective dog mom was a little nervous! 🐶🐶❤️
But I truly did not need to worry. They took such wonderful care of them. I was able to check in on them through the cameras, and seeing the staff give them snuggles, cuddles, and love meant so much to me.
Every night, I could watch my babies sleeping peacefully, and that gave me so much comfort knowing they were safe, happy, and being well taken care of while we were away.
Thank you so much to every member of the Camp Bow Wow staff for taking such good care of my two babies. You made it so much easier for this worried dog mom to enjoy her weekend away! We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️🐾

Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow at Stone Oak. I haven't been to any other locations or used their overnight boarding services, but the staff at Stone Oak for daycare is great. He has been going there since he was a puppy & I turn into CBW & he is so excited to get out of the car & he runs inside & goes through the door & drags them to the play area!
They have the absolute BEST activities & interactive playtime.
Oliver also had his 2nd birthday party 🎈 there & he had a blast! The videos & pictures were so adorable.
Not only does my little guy love CBW but so do I. I have left him there overnight & I can watch him on camera, which I love. And you can also watch your dogs play. It's so cute & I show my friends & they love watching the dogs all play!

The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic. Leaving our fur babies for the first time was nerve-wracking, and they handled our nerves with such grace and understanding.
I personally observed Giann interacting with multiple new families, including ours, and was so impressed. She listened attentively, answered every single question with patience and respect, and made each family feel heard and valued. At the same time, she seamlessly checked in returning customers without missing a beat. What an absolute asset she is to your company! At pickup, she took extra time to give me a thorough update and made sure I felt completely comfortable.
The level of customer service exceeded our expectations. One of our pups had a fantastic interview experience. Our other girl was more timid and didn’t perform as confidently as we had hoped, but the staff were immediately attentive to her needs. They recognized her anxiety and calmly removed her from the situation to ensure she felt safe and supported. That responsiveness meant everything to us.
I never imagined I would feel completely comfortable leaving our dogs with anyone, but I can confidently say we trust the Stone Oak location with our babies — and that is huge for our family. The camp counselors truly make the difference. We’ve already signed up for additional visits and are hopeful that, with this team’s support, our more fearful pup will grow in confidence and eventually enjoy camp just as much.

Your Dog’s First Visit to Camp
Every new Camper completes a quick interview and health check before the first visit. This process helps our Certified Camp Counselors® assess your dog’s comfort around people, other dogs, and the supervised open-play environment.
Dogs vary in how they respond to group play, unfamiliar surroundings, overnight stays, grooming, and structured training. We consider the individual Camper when determining whether Dog Daycare or Dog Boarding is an appropriate fit.
