Dog Daycare Reservations

• We are open for daycare on SATURDAY & SUNDAY as well as during the week. Reservations are NOT required for daycare, so bring your fur-babies in today to play.
• No Daycare offered on Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day except those boarding with us.

Non-Holiday

• A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
• If you cancel 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within the 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit one boarding night of your deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15. Fee is waived with the purchase of a bath. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holidays

• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday. Peak Time includes every Friday and Saturday night in June and July.  
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• Major Holiday and Peak Times will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
• A 3 night minimum stay is required at holidays to accommodate all of our pups.
