“I waited in anticipation for my 2 Frenchies to start daycare. Sadly, Luna passed away the day before she could make it to her first day of camp with her brother, Nacho. I was so moved how the staff was so compassionate and caring, even gave me a hug for condolences when I came in to drop off her brother Nacho. They ensured me that they'd give him extra love during this difficult time. I appreciated that gesture so much it moved me. A great experience so far.”
