My Great Dane enjoyed the play yards and not so much the alone time but that is her issue. I thought the staff seemed caring and attentive. My only comment is the drop off seemed a little too casual for a first time visitor to this location. Would have liked someone to check our reservation before taking my dog to the back.

I feel that my pets (kids) are well taken care of and believe they really care for them. I think it is cute that they call my Bouvier Mademoiselle (her formal name is...Mademoiselle Gabrielle Coco Chanel). The counselors understand Coco's moodiness. Our new addition, Bear, is such a little "clown". He really is excited to meet the other dogs. The staff really cares for them and I don't worry about the "kids" when they are at Camp Bow Wow.
