We Had Another Great Experience
We had another great experience at Camp Bow Wow! We live out of the area, come to Reno to shop or pick people up at the airport, and I can bring my Great Dane, drop her for a half day of day care, and pick her up after we have shopped and had a meal! She's pooped and sleeps all the way home! It's a great option for us!

Reno Camp Bow Wow Came Through in a Pinch
Reno Camp Bow Wow came through in a pinch. We were visiting with our dog and she got a bit too barky at the hotel and we needed to find someplace for her ASAP. We go to CBW in our hometown often, so they had her records. There was a quick interview to make sure she would get along with the dogs there and it was done. Thanks for the help, it saved the weekend.

My pup and I love Camp Bow Wow. The staff are very friendly and professional, well-groomed, and welcoming to my pup. He loves the daily supervised interaction with other dogs of all breeds and sizes, and I love that I can watch him on the dog cams. He comes home well played, well fed, groomed, and clean. My only issue I have from his last visit is that he didn’t get tired enough! He still wants to run and romp as if he is still at camp. Well done, Camp Bow Wow staff. Remi will be back soon.

Bow Wow is the best! My dog is whining with excitement as soon as we pull into the parking lot! The staff are great and they always remember that I'm Chewy's mom. I love the cameras. I can check in on Chewy anytime to see that he's happy and playing with other dogs. I highly recommend Bow Wow!

Overall it was a good boarding place
The dog boarding was really great. I like that my dogs have one-on-one play together on their own. They sent us pictures and videos during the play.
We asked for grooming of our two dogs before we picked them up. I do not like how the grooming was done, though. I had to re-groom them when we got home. It looked like it was not done the right way. Their nails were not even clipped. The under tummy side was not clipped. The fur was not cut evenly.
Overall it was a good boarding place but not for grooming.
