Dog Boarding Reservation Information

Non-Holiday Boarding Guidelines

  • Please let us know if you are unable to make your reservation at least 48 hours if possible.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holiday Boarding Requirements

  • A two night minimum stay is required during holidays to better accommodate our campers.
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within three days of when your reservation was made it will automatically be cancelled.
  • If you need to cancel we require four days prior to day of check in to receive full deposit as an account credit
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Peak Reservation Times and Policies

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking your reservation to confirm. Peak reservations include two days prior and two days after.

Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

CHECK-IN: Preferred by 5:30 PM, which allows for dinner and playtime. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.

CHECK OUT: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Cancellation Policy for Peak Reservations

  • If you need to cancel a reservation we require four days prior to day of check in to receive full deposit as an account credit.
  • If cancelling less than the four days you forfeit one night and the remaining balance is applied as an account credit.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
  • Only one discount per stay per family
