I felt comfortable, leaving my dog there the facility was clean and The staff were very friendly. I like the fact that they had the cameras there on the TV screen so you could see what was going on. My dog shaggy really had a good time playing with the other dogs, and the counselors took their time to make sure that he was comfortable with the other dogs first which was comforting
