McKinney Reservations

Non-Holiday

• Deposit is not required.
• Balance owed collected at time of checkout.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Reservations over 14 nights will require 50% of payment at drop off and credit card on file.
• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am unless otherwise noted. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15
   

Holidays

• A $25 deposit is required at the time a holiday boarding reservation is made.
• Camp holidays include New Year’s, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• A 3-night minimum stay is required during holiday periods to ensure we can accommodate all of our Campers.
• A holiday period is defined as the three days before and three days after the actual holiday.
• Seasonal pricing applies during holidays and peak times, with an additional $5 per night, per dog.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the holiday reservation date, as well as no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Boarding checkout time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified. If you’d like your pup to stay and play for the rest of the day, we are happy to offer a $15 per-dog extended-stay upgrade.

Camp Bow Wow McKinney Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• All services prepurchased on a package expire one (1) year from purchase date and will be forfeited.
