They love it here.
I have been taking my dogs to this Camp Bow Wow location for almost 5 years and they love it here. They go for day care typically once a week and they are always excited when I ask them, do you want to go to camp. The staff is great and accommodating. I also love the luxury suites they have for boarding so that I can always check in on them. It’s so convenient to get my dogs groomed after a long day of playing or at the end of their boarding.

I’m so grateful for this location. We had a family event we needed to attend to and I had no one to stay with my two dogs. They were able to accommodate me and my family last minute. I should mention one of my dogs has seizures, so this was a major concern for us, and who we were going to leave our fur babies with. The staff here were so sweet and helpful. They put me at ease, as well as made sure my dog was well taken care of and had his medications on time. I will definitely be a return customer.

They go above and beyond with her
Seems like they really care about Rosie. They put Rosie first. She is shy and doesn’t like to leave her mama’s side, so when we go for her bath (she is not very water friendly either) she tries to lay down on a carpet, so maybe they are unable to get her back there for her bath. They know her tricks, and one of them will come out and get down so they are eye level and talk quietly and reassure her about her bath. She’s a Doberman, so she doesn’t really need any grooming, just a once over look at her ears, clip her nails, and wash her. They probably spend more time talking to her and calming her down than anything else. I really appreciate it that they go along with her scaredy-cat ways and don’t rush her. They call and/or text me when they are done. Could not be any easier. I was just there on 09/25/2025, and the price for her bath was $5 less than usual. Now when does that happen! This is the best place I have ever taken her for a bath and, like I said, they go above and beyond with her and her water phobia and missing her mama. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this place! It’s a very good value for the money, and I love that they have the cameras available to view, so you can get 'eyes on' our pet while we are separated. Sometimes I question if he’s happy or not when we are separated. But then, just seeing him interact with all the other furry friends during their playtime answers all those questions. Sometimes I wonder if it’s harder on me being separated or him!

Top-notch staff and handlers
My current four-legged friend Motley has been spending weekdays and extended stays over the last three years, as well as my previous dog Hero, who was one of the flagship dogs many years ago. There are multiple reasons why I love Camp Bow Wow, but by far, the biggest reason is the staff and handlers. Not only are they top-notch professionally, but they also treat each and every dog as though they were their own. The people and the dogs are like one big happy family! (And my best of thanks go out to Allison and Edwin for your incredible job of managing over all these many years!)
