I’m Glad I Found This Camp Bow Wow Location
I am very particular when it comes to who I leave my dog with. I take my dog to day care at Camp Bow Wow Bear Creek weekly because after watching them a lot on camera I see that the staff is good with the dogs. There is no excessive use of spray bottles like I have seen at other companies. All the dogs are relatively calm in the yard. I also have had several conversations with staff about the training I am working on with my dog. They obviously are knowledgeable on the topic. When I bring my dog in, she is very excited to be there. When I pick my dog up, she is ready for a nap.
The facility is very clean. It is true there is no outdoor play area, but the indoor area has fresh air and is fine for my dog (probably safer).
I’m glad I found this Camp Bow Wow location. I am a “happy camper” 🤣

Camp Bow Wow is great! I appreciated their initial application and meet process to determine if it’s a good and safe fit. We’ve been so happy with our experiences with over the past few years. She Loves It!
I have two dogs—one who can spend a chunk of time home alone (frankly, he prefers it), and one who absolutely cannot. The latter attends camp here two days a week when I'm in the office, and she loves it! I can tell the staff love having her and everyone is so sweet, and I appreciate that when I pick her up I might get a story about the day, or they'll tell me about the other dogs she really likes to play with. Our other dog has attended occasionally when we know we're going to be out for too long during the day, and I think he's warming up to the idea thanks to this group. He used to head in with his tail tucked and spend the day on the sidelines, and now he's starting to play with the others. I feel great about leaving my dogs here when I need to!

Knowledgeable and Diligent Staff
Upon arrival for the first time, my dog was slowly and carefully introduced to the other dogs. Once it was determined my dog would get along with everyone, he was allowed to play with the group. The staff seemed very knowledgeable, and were diligent and alert to ensure the dogs had fun and were safe.

They take good care of my client's dog. I am a pet sitter and groomer as well. When I have dogs staying with me and can't take my client's dog, she will book him here and have me come get him as soon as I have availability. It sounds like he does pretty well there but definitely prefers my home setting. They do cute activities, and for very social dogs they seem great.

Esme runs to the staff ready to play
I adopted a laboratory rescue beagle from Kindness Ranch in Wyoming, and while Esme was and is a very loving companion, she was not social with other dogs (never aggressive). It took time; however, Esme has learned to be social, and as soon as we enter the front doors of Camp Bow Wow, Esme runs to the staff ready to play for the day.

Lindsay and the team at CBW Bear Creek are fantastic. They have treated my dog with great care. My dog has a lot of separation anxiety, and the team has shown him the right amount of extra attention to help him settle down and be comfortable. Even though there is no outdoor space for the dogs, I would recommend this Camp Bow Wow for dogs who may be happy with an indoor-only experience. It is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and efficient and shows a knowledge and appreciation of dogs. We were there for an interview. The process is very good at analyzing how the dogs would do in a number of different scenarios.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the employees at this Camp Bow Wow location on Wadsworth. I was comfortable leaving my dogs here for a few days, and was happy to be able to see them on the doggy cam while I was away. The areas are kept clean, the dogs look happy, and I could tell that a lot of thought and care and love goes into taking care of my pets.

We welcome all breeds at Camp Bow Wow, but we assess behavior to ensure safe interactions with other dogs and staff. Our priority is everyone’s safety, so we conduct a brief interview with each dog prior to their stay.
What should I pack for my dog's stay?
Pack your dog's regular food, any medications, a comfort item like a toy or blanket, and a leash. It's also helpful to include detailed feeding and care instructions to maintain a routine similar to what your dog has at home.
How do you handle emergencies?
In case of emergencies, our staff is trained to respond promptly. We will contact you immediately, followed by a veterinarian if necessary. We have protocols in place to ensure your dog receives the best care at all times.
How do I prepare my dog for boarding?
