We're Josh and Ashley. We love our 2 dogs just as much as we love our 3 kids. We also love to travel. It's easy to bring our children on trips, but flying with 2 German Shepherds is difficult. Over the years we tried a lot of boarding options in the area and have been less than excited to leave our dogs while we go have all the fun.

We found Camp Bow Wow and loved the all-day play, large, individual cabins separated by actual walls with cots, luxury suites with 24/7 camera viewing for longer stays, the ability for dogs to run inside and outside freely, and that all the dogs must pass an interview before coming to camp. We felt our pets were safe and well taken care of while we were gone! One stop shop was also a huge benefit - we can let the pups have fun at doggy daycare, board them for trips and get all their grooming done all in one spot. We started as customers and converted to owners we loved Camp that much! 

Our goal is to be the premiere, all-inclusive pet service experience in the local KC community providing your pups with fun, love and a safe environment. We look forward to meeting all of you!

Hi I’m Ami. I have always been passionate about pets and dogs in particular. When I was a little girl, I fell in love with my grandpa’s dog, Suzie. I would dress up and pretend to groom her at age 7. This love and passion led me to a career that still excites me to this day. I have been a Professional Groomer for 27 years, 21 of those years as a Master Stylist. In addition to loving dogs and the art of Grooming I have spent over 20 years of my Career in the Pet Industry in Boarding/Care/Training Leadership Roles.

When I’m not working I spend my spare time with my husband, daughter and our 4 dogs, 2 turtles and a cat. I’m thrilled to be a part of the Camp Bow Wow Pack and look forward to meeting all of our furry friends!

Hi, I’m Kaylyn, the Marketing Manager at Camp. I’ve been part of the Camp family since January 2023 and love meeting new clients and pet parents while helping build a strong, connected Camp community. Courtney, a Tennessee native now calling KC home, has been at Northland since opening day in 2022, working her way up from Assistant Manager to now General Manager of Camp. When she’s not playing with pups, training, or cuddling campers, she can be found at home with her tail-wagging quartet. She’s been working with dogs her whole adult life and can’t imagine doing anything else!

Hi, I’m Ravyn, the Assistant Manager here at camp! I’ve been part of the team since February 2024, and I love being involved in everything that makes camp such a special place. My favorite part of working here is meeting all the different personalities and building strong, meaningful connections with our clients. Outside of camp, I’m a proud pet parent to my pup Tanjiro and my princess pony girl. I’m always happy to help and can’t wait to get to know you!

Hi! I’m Alyssa, a dedicated pet groomer with a genuine passion for working with animals. I strive to create a calm, patient, and stress-free grooming environment while building trust and positive relationships with every dog I care for.

My approach focuses on gentle handling, attention to detail, and making sure each pet feels safe and comfortable throughout the grooming process.

Helping pets look and feel their best is incredibly rewarding, and I’m always committed to ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners. I look forward to meeting you and your pup!

Meet our fabulous stylist, Allie! With a decade of grooming experience under her belt, she handles everything from teacup Yorkies to large Doodles with ease. When she’s not working she loves being outdoors with her 3 pups - Aries, Wyatt, and Selene! Allie's gentle touch is perfect for both elderly dogs and playful puppies. Come in for a pampered pooch experience!
