Camp Bow Wow Northland is the most incredible place to take your dog. My dog is very shy and doesn’t do well with new people; however, when we walk in the door, they all greet him by name, show him love, and act like they’re so glad to see him. They make him feel so comfortable and welcome that it’s his favorite place to go. He goes there for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and I would not take him to any other place. Camp Bow Wow, keep up the good work. You guys are incredible. I appreciate you.

We are extremely happy with the service we get at the Greenhills Road location. In particular the lady that works mornings, Missy. She’s always professional, kind, and courteous. I think every Camp Bow Wow location could use at least one employee like Missy! Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!

Our dog, Penny, has been going to Camp Bow Wow for daycare and boarding ever since she was 6 months old. She is now 2 years old and still runs through the doors with excitement every time we drop her off! I can’t praise the staff here enough, they are so friendly and great with all the dogs.
They recently went above and beyond to take Penny last minute when I had forgotten to book her stay during Spring Break and we had already booked tickets for a show. They were so kind and immediately accommodated her and it really just summed up for me how great they are.

The Boys Were Happy to Be at Camp Bow Wow
We boarded our three Frenchies while on vacation. Normally we use in-home pet sitting but had no choice this time but to board. It was nice that they all got to stay in the same suite. They got to have beds and blankets plus their toys to remind them of home. We got to check in on them via a camera in the suite as well as the okay yards. It’s nice that you do not have to pay extra for them to go out into the play yard to stretch their legs. As for their medication, they were given their meds per instructions as well as their feedings and snack schedules. Before picking them up, they had baths. The boys were happy to be at Camp Bow Wow. Though tired from all the activity, they were happy and healthy. We even got the down low on each dog that we could not see while checking out. One got lots of snuggles. One was an escape artist (no surprise to me) and the other made a few new friends. I highly recommend this place for a day, half day or boarding several days.

Our girl loves to go play with puppy friends at Camp Bow Wow! The staff is pleasant, professional, and clearly love and care for the dogs. Our girl goes for daycare approximately 1 day per week, has boarded a few times, and also has baths every now and then. She gets needed socialization and good care! I particularly love that I can check on her during a stay through the portal cameras. The facility is clean without unpleasant smells.

We love CBW! We’ve had Wilson, our golden retriever, there twice! He does doggy daycare and then gets bathed and groomed before pick up. They have been so kind and helpful every time we’ve been and/or called. They are thorough in their interview process and diligent on vaccination records, which I appreciate, and it also ensures health and safety for our furry friends.

I’ve been taking my dog to Camp Bow Wow at the Green Hills location for some time. The boarding crew has always gone above and beyond to accommodate whatever situation was presented to them. This includes last minute boarding for family emergencies to holidays and last minute trips. A quick example is during this holiday weekend, with many campers and folks waiting in line, the staff was friendly and didn’t miss a beat. I wrote down the names of the crew to ensure they are recognized.
