Customer service was wonderful. Dogs came home happy and sleepy. The only reason I gave 9 instead of 10 is because we are new and haven’t boarded with you yet. We also look forward to the cabin cameras being fixed. We are happy we at least get to see them in the indoor and outdoor yards for now. Thank you.

Extremely friendly staff, and clean facility. Our little pug went to day care by herself for the 1st time and the the staff was extremely accommodating in welcoming her into the other dogs ensuring she felt safe and comfortable. I watched from the camera cams and the attendants were interacting with her often ensuring she felt comfortable and at ease. This was heartwarming. The Camp Bow Wow in Hutto is highly recommend! Kayla will be back!
